Pitch - OC LM

Feedback:

• The group were pleased with the fact that we are pursuing many of the conventional features of a slasher horror film.
• The most favoured title from our feedback was Obsession. This title has a strong relation to the antagonist mentioned in our treatment, who is mentally ill suggesting that he will create a fixation on a hobby that he enjoys, very easily.
• The use of the final girl theory was admired by the group who thought that it would be affective to feature.
• The sounds that we found and used as samples were of effect upon the group who believed it would be the same in front of an audience
• The use of on going news reports in the opening of the first scene was seen as useful in order to get the story of the antagonist across to the audience quickly.

Next steps:

• It was identified after our pitch that we may have ideas that will cause the sequence to last longer than two minutes therefore we will have to shorten our synopsis in order to fit the two minute window
• We still haven't confirmed the actress for a second female protagonist role, meaning we will have to in the coming days.
• We will have to return to the location to try and set up space for props that we will want to use in the scenes.
